Method of Production

• Once you have chosen what style you would like your print in (#0001, #0002, #0003 or #0004) your bespoke print is designed by one of our graphics design team. If there are any issues with imagery you will be contacted by Email from hello@jjprints.co.uk
• Once approved we then use top quality 3mm thick High Gloss Acrylic (this gives your requested imagery a beautiful depth and gloss affect as glass would without the fragility),
• Once it has then been inspected for any imperfections the high gloss acrylic material is then backed with a clear vinyl to protect the art work (please do not remove the vinyl as this could damage the design!)
• Your order is then wrapped in protect foam and packaged in cardboard. The invisible self adhesive wall fixings are added within the package for you to easily fix your print to a wall. (please ensure the surface you are applying the self adhesive fixing pads too is smooth, perfectly dry and cleaned thoroughly)

Premium Acrylic (5mm thick) – Gloss

•  Made of transparent plastic, acrylic glass unites both fine and robust qualities and thus offers the perfect basis for long-lasting gloss photo prints. Acrylic glass can be used simply and effectively both indoors and in outside areas.
• Acrylic glass weighs only around half as much as real glass, which makes not only transportation but also hanging easier.
• Thanks to its material composition, acrylic glass is considerably more resistant against impact and vibration.
• Damp and wet conditions are fine for acrylic glass. This means that your acrylic photo print is also suitable for damp rooms such as the bathroom.

Foamalux Xtra (5mm thick) – Matte

• Foamalux Xtra is a hard, resillient PVC sheet with a black core made of up to 80% reclaimed content and a surface of premium-quality, smooth white virgin PVC.
• Its bright, white, matte, even surface is excellent for high-quality digital or screen printing; either single or double-sided. It is also excellent for vinyl adhesion.
• Foamalux Xtra is 100% recyclable! Manufactured from reclaimed foam PVC recovered from production and post-consumer signage waste, Foamalux Xtra Foam PVC reduces landfill and is the green alternative for printing.

Foamex (2mm thick) – Matte

• Foamex is semi-rigid, and perfect to fit straight into a frame!
• It is made from resillient smooth white virgin PVC.
• Its bright, white, matte, even surface is excellent for high-quality digital or screen printing.
